We typically recommend screen printing for intricate designs and/or high volume runs. It is used on the majority of promotional wear, as well as leavers hoodies. With a focus on quality, we use inks that produce a rich, vibrant colour that lasts. When screen printing colour onto colour, we first apply a base ‘flashing’ layer. This retains the integrity of the print.

Vinyl printing offers the richest colour finish. It certainly offers vibrancy and is typically recommended for prominent designs and text based images. We typically use vinyl printing on lower volume runs, workwear and for designs with up to five colours.

Digital Printing is primarily used for signs, banners and paper. It delivers full colour print and intricate detailing at cost effective prices. As digital designs are printed directly onto the prepared surface, there are no set up costs. When it comes to full colour fashion designs, digital printing is also the ideal as it produces strong colour intensity.

Embroidered logos give a professional finish to work, school and club uniforms. The Print Lab uses high quality poly-cotton thread to sew your text and imagery design onto garments. These colour rich threads are durable, washable and non-fade. Coupled with a carefully selected backing, we deliver a professional finish on all embroidered garments.

Our embroidering service is used by many local schools including Princes Risborough, Stoke Mandeville Combined and Haddenham St Marys. We also supply Aylesbury, Bedford and Bullingdon Prisons with embroidered staff uniforms.

Embroidered polo shirts and hoodies are the most popular choice; however you can ask us to sew any garment we can fit on the machine. We can also be flexible on the position of the embroidery. If you have less conventional ideas, speak to us to see if they are possible.

Logos and designs typically need to be re-digitalised for our embroidering service. We charge a one-off fee of £12 for this service. Once the file has been created it can be used time and time again.
